This is horrible and they wont even tell me

Today after not going on my account for about a month I tried logging in and got this message

I have not recieved any emails about this and havent gotten emails back from kingsisle

I have no Idea why this would happen. I havent been online in forever and Im not a mean player :(
I dont know whats going on
